Terms of Service
AI Copilot is an AI-powered training and preparation platform designed to help users practice interviews, improve communication skills, and prepare for technical and professional assessments.
1. Intended Use
The platform is intended strictly for practice, learning, and preparation. It must not be used during live interviews, exams, assessments, or any situation where external assistance is prohibited.
2. No Guarantees
AI Copilot does not guarantee job offers, interview success, or employment outcomes. All feedback and guidance are provided for educational purposes only.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws of Poland.
Privacy Policy (GDPR)
1. Data Controller
AI Copilot Systems acts as the Data Controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Data We Process
- Account data (email, authentication identifiers)
- Session metadata (timestamps, feature usage)
- User-provided text inputs
- Optional saved transcripts (only if explicitly stored by the user)
3. Audio Processing
Audio is processed in real time for speech recognition purposes. No raw audio recordings are stored.Audio streams are processed in memory and discarded immediately.
4. Legal Basis
- Article 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract
- Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest
- Article 6(1)(a) – consent (where applicable)
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. Users may delete their data or entire account at any time.

Security & Data Protection

Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for cheating or academic dishonesty
- Use AI Copilot during live interviews or exams
- Attempt to bypass security or usage limits
- Use the service for unlawful or deceptive purposes
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
